KK Superyachts is currently recruiting a full time COMMERCIAL MANAGER to join our team in Monaco
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Commercial Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and win new business.
- Identify opportunities to expand and grow the business
- Analyze sales, marketing, finance and other reports to gain insights into how to improve performance and maximize growth
- Use and manage CRM applications to follow up sales and charter and yacht management leads
- Maintain sustainable and productive relationships with existing clients
- Manage daily operations, including employee training and development, contract negotiations etc.
- Assess risks involved with new initiatives, ensure deadlines are met and be ready to handle unexpected situations
The candidate must have the following qualities:
- Must have at least 3 years of experience a similar position within a yachting industry
- Strong communication, sales and presentation skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize projects
- Superb negotiation capabilities
- MBA preferred but not necessary with relevant experience
- Must be team oriented and results focused
