October 20, 2016 Paul Ashton

Benetti has revealed the four-yacht line-up of its Now 'Smart Custom Series' of all-aluminium yachts, with the yard aiming to deliver "a turnkey dream in the shortest possible time".

The Benetti Now range, which starts with the 50-metre 164, aims to reduce construction time without compromising quality. Initially, there are four yachts in the range – the B164, the B192 (58.6 metres), the B214 (65 metres), and the B240 (73 metres).  The new models have been created by the shipyard in collaboration with exterior styling by Stefano Natucci and an interior by Redman Whiteley Dixon.

The B164 – plenty of open deck spaces on this 50-metre

The construction of two hulls will start at the Livorno shipyard in the next few months: the 50-metre model, designed to remain under 500 gross tons, and the 65-metre model.

The foredeck of the 58.6-metre B192 is a magical place

“With Benetti Now, we worked together to achieve the same goal right from the outset through to the final pencil stroke. This is a winning design because it represents the perfect answer to current market needs. The style is clean and straightforward. I always work to create compactness, flowing lines and the right distribution of volumes. If the empty spaces are in the right places, the boat is beautiful,” says Stefano Natucci.
